FxAtlas is provided as a beta research terminal. Data, models and outputs may be incomplete, delayed, incorrect, unavailable or changed without notice.

No personal advice

FxAtlas provides general market research, macro context and probabilistic model outputs. Outputs are not personalised, do not take into account any user's financial situation, investment objectives, risk tolerance or portfolio, and must not be understood as individual investment advice or a personal recommendation.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for independent validation, risk management and all trading or investment decisions. Users must not rely on FxAtlas as the only basis for any trading decision.

Account access

Access may require account registration, email verification and admin approval. FxAtlas may limit, suspend or revoke access to protect the service, model/data integrity or other users.

Users must keep login credentials secure and may not share, resell or transfer account access without permission.

Acceptable use

Users may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or reverse engineer the platform, interfere with availability, bypass access controls or use FxAtlas in a way that violates applicable law.

Automated extraction, crawling, copying, bulk downloading, redistribution, resale or publication of FxAtlas outputs, scores, model results, data views or database content is not permitted without prior written permission.

Intellectual property

The FxAtlas name, interface, code, models, datasets, database structure, scores, charts, texts and written content are protected by applicable intellectual-property, copyright and database rights where available.

No rights are granted except the limited right to use FxAtlas through the provided interface for personal research during the permitted access period.

Data sources and attribution

FxAtlas may use public, licensed or connected third-party data sources to create derived research outputs. Third-party source names, trademarks and datasets remain the property of their respective owners.

Users must not remove source attribution, present FxAtlas outputs as their own raw data product or redistribute third-party data obtained through FxAtlas unless the relevant source terms allow it.

Availability and liability

FxAtlas is provided without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or trading outcome.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Paid plans

If paid subscriptions, consumer contracts or digital services are introduced later, additional payment, cancellation and withdrawal terms must be provided before purchase.

Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by German law, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply in the user's country of residence.
